Run across something funny you’d like to share in “Splashing Around”? Reader submissions in the form of political cartoons, photos, video clips and even quotes are welcomed — and encouraged!

Terms of Use for Reader Submissions:

1. Material should have at least some clear relevance to politics.
2. Provider understands that this site cannot compensate anyone for material that is submitted for use. You will receive only a credit line in the form of “Submitted by (your name)”, which will appear with the item. You may choose to omit your credit line, but anonymously submitted material will not be used.
3. Provider must cite the original source of the material, including the name of the publication, when it appeared and, if known, the name of the creator (artist, author, speaker, photographer, illustrator, etc.).
4. Provider must cite the copyright holder for the material if known, which in most cases will be the same as the original source above, or certify that you are unaware of anyone holding a copyright for the item.
5. If the material is original — meaning that you personally created it — you will need to furnish a signed statement certifying that you own all rights to the material and are providing it without expectations of compensation of any kind from DCFOUNTAIN.COM.
