Roundup of McCain-Palin Lies (Volume II)

Truth and LiesIf truth is often the first casualty in politics, as in war, Sen. John McCain’s campaign surely is digging more new plots these days than Arlington National Cemetery. Roundup of Palin Lies (Volume I)

If viewers tuning into Wednesday night’s Republican National Convention suddenly began smelling in their midst a pungent odor distinctly reminiscent of cow pastures, it wasn’t their imagination. Just an overgrown pit bull with a continence problem. Oh, and lipstick. GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin threw more than a few curveballs in Wednesday’s inning — her first real debut on the world stage — and as she herself might boast, she didn’t even blink. Not once. Really.
